Meet our Presenters:
Tony Potter –
Anthony Potter is a Principal attorney and the Chair of Offit Kurman’s Construction Law Practice Group and is a resident of the firm’s Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Office. Anthony focuses his practice on counseling architects, engineers, design-build entities, owners and other businesses involved in construction contracting, commercial and construction litigation, administrative law and professional licensing matters. He also focuses his practice on state administrative law and government contracting.
Anthony serves as general counsel to AIA Pennsylvania, special counsel to the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania, Counsel to the Structural Engineers Association of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Penn State Harrisburg Advisory Board for the Structural Design & Construction Engineering Technology and Civil Engineering Programs.
Niamh Drury –
Niamh Drury is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, representing clients in the corporate, tech, e-commerce, book publishing, music, entertainment, modeling, higher education and food and beverage industries. Niamh’s practice focuses on a wide range of intellectual property matters, focusing on the clearing and licensing of copyright, trademark, and name, image and likeness/ NIL rights. She also represents a broad range of clients in the registration, enforcement and defense of trademarks and copyrights.
Additionally, Niamh routinely works on mergers and acquisitions/ M&A deals and has experience in transactional real estate work as well as litigation matters involving a range of product liability and personal injury issues.
