Job Description

Revit Production staff member to fill the role of contract document production technician for all aspect of drawing preparation from Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation through and including Construction Administration.

Job Duties

Revit based drafting and document production, research and detailing. Setting and meeting production schedules critical.

Job Qualifications

Must be proficient in professional writing, communication skills and have a strong working knowledge of BIM technology utilizing Revit software (Ver. 2017 and later). Strong interpersonal skills desired and must be willing to work cooperatively in a team oriented atmosphere. A minimum of 5 years experience with Revit software and an associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural technologies or a construction related curriculum.

Project Architect, Lancaster

Job Description

Project Architect with Revit design and production skill-sets to support the firm management and staff. An active Pennsylvania or NCARB Registration is desired but not mandatory.

Job Duties

Project management including Architectural design and construction document production, client interaction and field administration expertise important. Specification preparation and editing along with project scheduling and staff management will be a critical role in the office. Marketing experience is a plus.

Job Qualifications

Must be proficient in professional writing, communication skills and have a strong working knowledge of BIM technology utilizing Revit software (Ver. 2017 and later). Strong interpersonal skills desired and must be willing to work cooperatively in a team oriented atmosphere. A Bachelor’s of Architecture degree from an accredited architectural school. Professional registration in PA, NJ, NY or other surrounding states desirable.
