Looking for experienced architectural REVIT/BIM Specialist for our Lititz and Harrisburg offices to include BIM/REVIT planning and technical BIM-Revit support responsibilities. POSITION: Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried
HOURS: 40 per week (M-F, 8-5)

Architectural Technology Instructor | Lancaster

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, Lancaster, PA announces an opening for a full time instructor in Architectural Technology. Beginning August 2017. Salary and rank for the position is determined on the basis of academic preparation and experience as projected on the Faculty Association contract.

The instructor will teach the first year courses of the program which include; fundamentals of architectural design, materials of construction, AutoCad and Revit, estimating, and professional practice, construction documents and presentation graphics. Other duties include; meeting with students outside of class time, fulfilling professional responsibilities of a full time faculty member, evaluating progress of students concerning educational matters and grades, maintaining accurate academic records, and maintaining current knowledge in the subject matter areas.

Minimum requirements include an associate degree in architecture or closely related field, with an obligation to complete an appropriate baccalaureate degree within five years of employment. The candidate must also possess a minimum of five years professional experience. Two years of college level instruction (or adult education).

Preferred requirements include a bachelor’s degree in architecture or closely related field, eight or more years of related work experience, three or more years of college level instruction (or adult education), experience working with diverse populations, under-resourced groups, and first-generational students.
