Building off of last session’s best practice sharing on assisting emerging leaders, this yearend Improving Project Outcomes session focuses on developing the pipeline of design, construction management and labor representatives, while also stressing the importance of keeping these individuals engaged and in the industry for their careers. This generation entering the industry wants to know that they are making a difference and not just filling a position.
