It also includes training in contract administration\, problem-solving\, and risk management. Bright\, Esquire\, Offit Kurman Attorneys at Law\, is a construction lawyer who focuses on construction matters\, civil litigation\, employment law\, and real estate development and disputes. He has litigated cases in federal and state courts and in front of administrative agencies. He is licensed in Pennsylvania\, Maryland\, the District of Columbia\, Virginia\, and California. Before joining Offit Kurman\, Jeff practiced at Saxton & Stump and owned Bright Law Firm PLLC\, a boutique firm in Lancaster\, PA\, focused on the construction industry. Attorney Bright holds a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law\, where he graduated summa cum laude and was Editor-In-Chief of the Law Review.
