DESCRIPTION:SMPS Central PA and AIA Pennsylvania are partnering again for a continuing education and networking event.\n \nAnthony Potter\, Esq. of Powell Trachtman Logan Carrie & Lombardo\, P.C. will present “Risk Management for A/E/C Marketing Professionals: Lessons Learned from Bidding and Proposals” on January 24th at the Appalachian Brewing Company’s Abbey Bar in Harrisburg. This presentation will focus on pre-contractual proposals and marketing materials supplied by A/E/C firms to Owners and how the representations may influence an arbitrator or jury in assigning responsibility for unanticipated costs associated with a construction project.
